New smoke generator with viewing window

BAYHA & STRACKBEIN GmbH (Arnsberg, Germany) presents a number of innovations in the Industrial product line at the IFFA - including two new wood chip smoke generators. The models 1200 HS and 1200 HE were developed especially for Bastra multi-cart hot and cold smoking systems using four to twelve carts as well as for climatic maturing smoking systems with a capacity of up to 40 carts.
