With microprocessor control

Bayha & Strackbein GmbH, Arnsberg, has been developing, producing and selling BASTRA brand cooking kettles for more than 50 years. The 2000 Plus model series, for example, is a self-supporting construction made entirely of stainless steel with a seamlessly welded, hygienic kettle insert as well as an efficient full insulation. In addition, these cooking kettles are equipped as standard with a double-walled insulating cover with silicone seal as well as a wide safety bow-type handle.

The models of the Classic Line range have capacities from 200 l to 600 l, while the manufacturer has cooking kettle installations for industrial users with capacities of up to 1,200 l in its Industrial Line range.

The company equips all cooking kettles with high-performance microprocessor controls as standard. Optional features include automatic cover opening and charging baskets as well as floating or base screens.
